The 4th Annual Harp & Shamrock 5K road race will be conducted once again in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY. Please print out the race entry form (PDF Format ) to sign up for this year's event. 2003 saw over 200 runners come out and we expect even more this year. We are very happy to say that the local running community has continued to embrace this race enthusiastically and it has grown about 50% each year. The race this year will follow the same course as the 'First Night' course which winds through the campus of Skidmore College. It's a great course to set your own personal best and this is a sanctioned race with all results being officially recognized.

There will also be a one mile run for the kids before the main race.

A special thanks goes out to those who ran last year and we hope to see you again. Last year's winners were Nicholas Sarro (16:04) and Nicole Blood (17:27). Please join us for a fun day for all of those involved.
